No payments are currently accepted through this website. The final commercial policy will be published before checkout is enabled.
Cancellation
Customers will be able to cancel renewal through the customer billing portal. Cancellation will stop future renewal and access will normally continue until the end of the paid billing period.
Billing issues
Duplicate charges, incorrect plan charges, and confirmed technical billing errors will be reviewed promptly. Billing support and payment receipts will be handled through the checkout provider's customer-support process.
Refund requests
The launch refund window and eligibility conditions will be stated clearly at checkout. Refund decisions may consider account activation, usage, service availability, and applicable consumer law.
Failed or expired subscriptions
If renewal fails, the service may provide a short grace period before tool access is paused. Restoring payment will reactivate the existing authorised users where possible.
